Returns are not accepted on custom orders, on items sold at liquidation or clearance prices or on goalie sticks. It is also important to note that goalie sticks are not covered by any guarantee.
Kenesky Manufacturing Inc. products come with a one year warranty which covers all manufacturing defects.
All returns of merchandise must be approved by a Kenesky Manufacturing Inc. representative following a phone or video conference call. Non-approved returns will not be accepted and will immediately be returned to the customer. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
Our policy is to grant 10 days time after purchase to make any returns. Any article that has been used will not be accepted for return, no matter what the duration or type of use. Handling and shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. Any returns will be accompanied by a 10% re-stocking fee.
